Everyone experiences transitions throughout their life. Sometimes dealing with these changes is difficult to do alone. These transitions can become easier to process when working with a counselor. Life transitions include:
Living situations changes
Grief and Loss
Relationships changes
Identity issues
Stress and Anxiety
School or Job changes
Populations
I work with a wide range of ages and there are different expectations in these sessions.
Individual Counseling
Ages 7+
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes
Couples Counseling
Ages 18+
Premarital, Marital, and Partnership Counseling
Sessions are either 50 minutes or 75 minutes, depending on clients’ necessity
Family Counseling
All Ages
All children seeking counseling will receive family counseling as well
Sessions are either 50 minutes or 75 minutes, depending on clients’ necessity

Insurance
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept insurance at this time. All clients will be self-pay. I am able to provide clients with a receipt of services to submit to insurance
